We use the information you provide about yourself to process your registration for our math camps and to contact you in case there are schedule changes or emergencies. We do not share this information with outside parties. All information is handled only by MathTree employees.
We will not contact you for marketing purposes without your permission. When you create an account, you are automatically sent a link to confirm to subscribe to our newsletter. However, your confirmation of the link is optional and you can unsubscribe in one simple step at any time. We do not share your email addresses with anyone.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
Our Commitment To Data Security
All information collected from Users of this website is stored and protected by CampMinder. We use industry standard security measures to protect any personal information you may provide to us. We do not store payment information such as bank information or credit card numbers on our website. Those are stored with our e-commerce vendor, CardWorks, which guards their data stringently. Our newsletter is powered by MailChimp. MathTree chose to partner with these companies because of their reputation and standard of providing excellent and confidential service to their clients.
Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy
We protect all of our data, in particular your children’s information, very carefully. We also do not ask for any direct contact information for your children. We only ask for descriptive data, such as first name, date of birth, school, medical information, etc.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by logging onto our website with your chosen username and password. If you do not remember them, there is a feature that allows you to retrieve your username and/or password. In case that fails, you may contact us directly through the Contact page. Should you need to cancel your registration, you must notify MathTree in writing. If you notify MathTree more than 30 days prior to the start of the camp for which you have registered, your payment will be refunded except for a $50 processing and handling fee per child. Should you cancel within 30 days of the start of the camp for which you have registered, MathTree cannot refund your payment, but it will go into a scholarship fund that will pay for financially needy MathTree campers.
